When the time comes for the age of a model reaches 30,his or her career is over. The demand of next generation of models is always there. The staff(owner,booker),photographers,art directors, and of course the “model scouts” are the ones who are in the field. Some agencies are capable enough to employ an individual whose only job is to search for that next generation of new talent,or to complete the new needs of a client. The sad thing is,rip-off organizations, web space salespeople, and scoundrels oftentimes use the term “model scout”, so you should be cautious of those calling themselves model scouts. There are also many stories of models being discovered at the mall, on the beach,or in some public place. So if you dream to start a career in modeling by waiting for the fates to find you, you should plan on spending a lot of time hanging in out in public places.
